Terms & Conditions of Hire and Set up

If you confirm you would like to book as per the quote and the any props to be hired are confirmed as available, we will send through an invoice. This will detail the agreed delivery/collection addresses and itemised costs.

Generally items are available to hire for a 3 day period, delivering on a Friday, collecting on a Sunday but just pop in any additional days required into your request.

We require 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the date and balance must be received at least 14 days prior to the event. We cannot deliver without full receipt of payment.

Items are not reserved for your date until the deposit has been paid and confirmation email is received.

Delivery & Collection

We are located in Walthamstow, London and offer free to collect/drop off service and free delivery/collection to E10, E11 & E17 postcodes, for all other deliveries this price can be included in your quote.

Delivery is charged at £15 one way within the M25 - anywhere else is price on quotation.

For any set up service in London, we will include congestion charge & parking if chargeable on the quote in addition to the travel costs.

Minimum Orders

If you are using our free to collect service there is no minimum order, however if we are delivering to you we require a minimum order of £50, this does not include the delivery/collection cost.

Breakages & Cleaning

All orders are checked over before packaging and we would never knowingly send a damaged item so if something does arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible. You will also be given an inventory checklist to sign on collection/delivery, this will also have a disclaimer that you are liable to be charged a (reasonable) replacement cost should anything break or go missing while in your care.

We will do all the cleaning once the items are returned but please remove any food/debris before repacking. Please repack as we delivered the items to you, most are of a fragile nature and will help reduce the chances of breaking during transportation.

Return

Items must be ready for collection/returned on the date agreed at the time of booking, if not you will be subject to late return fees.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. If the full balance has already been paid, we will refund you the 75% paid immediately and retain the 25% deposit.

Public Liability Insurance

Lula & Rye have public liability insurance up to £1,000,000 this covers venue damage during set up and coordination.
